Rehabilitation is a key part of recovery. This is what is going to get you back on track and doing what you love, pain free and worry free. Without this stage you may not have developed/re-developed the underpinning strength you need to perform

This is a great saying, one I use frequently! This is what rehab is about, getting a base of core strength to allow you to build strength and performance on top
What is Rehabilitation
This one is a simple really. This is going to be the prescription of exercises specific to you that will help to get the basis of core and functional strength, which will enable you to be back doing what you love.
These will start off basic in the early phases of injury and work to restore function and range of motion. Then move towards strength and sports or activity specific training before a return to play or to your passion
The rehab phase should leave you stronger ready to compete and with a reduced risk of re-injury
